Grad Night is an all-night, drug and alcohol-free celebration for HHS’ graduating seniors. Graduates will spend the night of graduation enjoying music, dancing, casino games, outdoor activities, karaoke, refreshments and a huge raffle. It promises to be an unforgettable night for our graduates; the perfect send-off after 13 years of hard work.
Who Sponsors Grad Night?
Grad Night is accomplished through the energy, creativity, time and money of HHS parents with support from the community.
Who Attends Grad Night?
Traditionally, 80 to 95 percent of the graduates attend this incredible, fun party! Grad Night is a time for the graduating class members to be together for one last time. Grad Night begins at 10 pm on Graduation Night and continues until 4:00 a.m. in the morning.
Who Benefits from Grad Night?
Graduates benefit: as they will be able to celebrate their accomplishments in a fun-filled, safe environment free of drugs and alcohol.
Parents Benefit: as they will have peace of mind knowing their graduate is safe.
Community Benefits: through the unified efforts within the Brentwood community, everyone benefits from knowing there are fewer teens drinking and driving from party to party, thus endangering themselves and others.
How Can I Get Involved?
It’s time to volunteer. A party of this magnitude does not just happen. It is pulled together by parents, family members, friends or family members, each of whom can contribute in some small way to make Grad Night a night to remember.
No skill is required! Your willingness to paint, sew, cut, and paste great decorations while renewing old friendships and having fun is all that is required. We have numerous committees organizing activities, entertainment, decorations and food that you can join.
Please get involved. It is our gift to our children. Together, we can make it an incredible finale to our children s high school years (and have a great time in the process!)
